Sarjana strongly believes in business being an agent of positive change. Having worked with university leaders to solve operational challenges, she understands how tricky it is to balance multiple, often conflicting, priorities. She is really excited about the entrepreneurial magic of Bangalore!
Sarjana has a degree in Economics and began her career with a research and consulting role, working with universities, colleges, and schools in the US and Canada. She then served on two growth and strategy teams (though she hates the term "strategy" -- too vague and cliché!).
Originally from Lucknow, Sarjana has lived in four countries but still can't go a day without her kadak chai. When not working, you can find her struggling at a hip-hop class or debating the meaning of life.
Sarthak is an entrepreneur at heart who is passionate about finance, technologies and products. He is a startup enthusiast who loves dissecting ideas and products with budding entrepreneurs. He believes in bringing substance into his aesthetic expression and has dabbled in entrepreneurship; developing products in the early years of college.

Vamsi is a Corporate Lawyer by training, product nerd by experience and entrepreneurial thinker by upbringing. He is excited to partner with the next generation of exceptional founders at PeerCapital.
Vamsi went to law school in GNLU and then worked in capital markets at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, representing private equity clients like Blackstone and Carlyle. He soon realised his calling in tech products and went to RegGenome where he built products that helped fintech companies manage their risks. As an impatient optimist, Vamsi found the prospect of working with founders incredibly exciting and made his way to early stage investing.
During his downtime, he spends time thinking about applying mental models to venture investing, obsessing about statistics in sports and being perfectly average in a bunch of sporting endeavours.
We are always looking for energetic, talented, and diverse team members. For our portfolio companies and our own team. Please reach out to email@example.com to introduce yourself and let us know what excites you.
